NANCY KAHLER

Nancy Kahler is a self-taught artist whose paintings have been exhibited in numerous galleries and other venues along the Maine coast. Nancy's style ranges from traditional to whimsical. She works primarily in acrylics and in mixed media. She has been the recipient of several awards. She sometimes uses photography as another means of capturing the ever-changing and unique beauty of our Downeast scenes.

Nancy is an Alzheimer's specialist, Reiki Master and worked for the airline for many years. Originally from upstate New York, she and her husband lived in NYC, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Georgia, before settling in Maine in 1998.
