BURN PERMIT

There is no fee for a Burn Permit.  These are issued either at the Town Office or by the Fire Chief.  The Fire Chief makes all the restrictions on the burn permits.  Some requirements are to have at least 2 people, 1 rake, 1 shovel, and some form of extinguishing the fire.   If anyone needs to have a burn permit longer than what the Town Office is allowed to issue, will have to call Sheldon Trundy, the Fire Chief at 483-4053.  The person who will be responsible for the fire must sign the burn permit.  Any donations to the Addison Volunteer Fire Department would be appreciated.
